Living in Parkchester, Bronx, New York

I was born and raised in New York, Harlem.  I have 2 grandchildren, a boy and girl. I live in Parkchester, Bronx, New York. I joined Castle Hill Kips Bay Senior Center when I retired in 2015.  I wanted to be in the photography class to learn more about photography.  Since COVID-19, my photos have been close to home.  I have taken photos of my surroundings and in my home.  During this time my photos kept me in tune with my neighborhood. With some of the beautiful landscaping around Parkchester.  I like taking photos of plants, flowers and their color arrangements. These are some of the things that make me enjoy the day.

I have had this plant for more than 20 plus years.  It is in front of my window in my living room. March 26, 2020.
